3 ways to get some fabulous CTMH Retired items

Read MeMy life has been CrAzY CrAzY this past year and unfortunately continuing into 2015 is not what I had hoped for.  I can’t wait to finally catch a break!

To be blunt… My girls and I recently moved out of our family home of 14+ years because my ex-husband stopped paying us our court ordered support payments back in July of 2014 – all this after leaving our 23 year marriage for a family friend back in 2009.  It has devastated my girls and I but most recently it has devastated us financially as we have now lost our family home due to foreclosure.  It’s been particularly rough this month because we’ve been doing the moving while working and going to school and, for me,  I haven’t had much time to spend on my CTMH business.  This makes me so SAD!  This does NOT mean I am retiring from CTMH, though, because I am NOT.  I love Close To My Heart, my CTMH Stampin’ Buds Team, and my FABULOUS Customers too much to just let everything I’ve worked for go.  It’s just one of those life glitches and this too shall pass.  But in the meantime…

In cleaning out my home I have discovered that I have a TON of retired product that is just sitting around unused.  🙁  Here, let me show you a couple of pictures…

My CTMH Retired Stamps

These drawers are holding approximately 110 stamp sets EACH and I have 2 drawers full plus the top open drawer has a complete set of Letter & Numbers Solo sets and a complete year (12) Word Puzzle, along with some retired alphabets.  I also have about 16 CTMH Stamp boxes that are filled to the rim with about 15 stamp sets each in those!  Crazy, right?  So if there is a particular set you are looking for chances are I might have it!  My sets date back to around 2005 in some cases, I believe!

Next, check this out…

My Retired CTMH Paper Packs

This is probably only 1/8th of the retired paper kits I have.  Some are complete kits while some only have a few sheets…but none the less, I may have the paper pack you’re looking for so please ask me!  I also have boxes of retired embellishments, ink pads, cardstocks, Stamp of the Months, WOTG’s, and so much more!

  1. I am looking for two stamp sets. I have photos of each. Mother’s Day (c1577) and Maximum power (d1564).
If you have them, please let me know. Also looking for sets with cooking and computer/gaming themes!

    1. Hi Rhoda! I may have the Monther’s Day one but I’m 99% sure that I don’t have the Maximum Power one. Do you still want me to look? I may have a couple of cooking and gaming things, though. Are you looking for brand new or used?

      1. Oh my gosh!! I sold my only paper to a lady and then they were out of stock online! I’m a consultant also 🙂 I would love to buy the 12 double sided B&Ts from you. If you only want to sell it as the workshop I will take one of those.

        1. Oh no! I hate when that happens! …Unfortunately, I really need to sell it as the WYW Kit. But if you are ok with that I can send you a Paypal invoice. Just let me know. 🙂

    1. Sorry it’s taken me a little bit to get back with you. I’ve looked for the Later Sk8r paper but don’t see any. This doesn’t mean that I don’t have any, I’m just unable to locate any at this time. I’ll keep an eye out though and let you know if I turn any up. 🙂 Have a great day and thanks for checking in and asking. 🙂

  2. Hi! I am so sorry to hear about all that. My son and I have gone through some crap due to ex. Do you have camper crazy ocassion I think it is called?

  3. I am looking for older stamp of the month. It is called background basics, and was November 2001 s stamp of the month. They were foam decor stamps, I know this is a bit older then you stated but I thought I would ask. I let someone use mine several years ago never to be returned?

    1. Hi Lisa – I personally don’t have either of the items you are looking for. The Basic Gray Bittersweet pack isn’t something we’ve ever carried. The Roxie paper has been retired for several years. It was a very fun pack to work with! It may still be available in Studio J, though. 🙂 Good luck on your search!

  4. I am looking for a particular paper. The pattern is a brown background with pink and cream flowers with a tiny bit of turquoise.

  5. I was looking for the stamp set “Genuine Country” (C1306). I may not be able to get back to a computer in time to get a message from you; so if you can call me, that would work out for me. Also, buying a retired set from you would not be included on a website order right?
    Thanks, Sara 541-459-4983

  6. keep your chin up, God has plans foer you yet.
Is most of your clearance newer retired stuff or older also? Anything in sunny yellow, star spangled blue, or holiday red?

  7. Shannon, I am so so sorry for your many losses. My husband of 25 years left 3 years ago for a girl 20 years younger. Go figure. You are not alone and you and the girls are learning a lot of skills that will help them later in life. Hang in there.
Do you happen to have the stamp set “Aspire”? It has a dancer.
    Thanks, Kitty

  8. Hi-so sorry your dealing with this -will keep you and your daughters in my prayers.
By any chance do u have a list of the stamps for sale with prices? Maybe email it? If not I understand. Thank you

  9. Shannon,

Sorry to hear of all that has happened but you are right — this, too, shall pass and you will be stronger for it.

I can’t remember the name of the patterned paper pack that was black, white and bamboo. If you have any of that paper, I would love to have it.

If you have any Later Skater full paper packets, I’d take that too.

I”ll look back to see what others there might be. I don’t have a current catalog but CTMH paper is the best so I’ll see what I can find. I know there are some I’d like to hoard!

Good Luck and let me know if this isn’t the way you want us to see what you have.

    1. Thanks Tami!

I think the paper packet you are asking about may be one called Silhouette? I have a few sheets of it but I don’t think I have a full pack…at least not that I’ve found (yet). Same with Later Sk8tr…just a couple of sheets. I can make you a great deal on them, though. lol 😉

  10. I am in the market for Paper, stamps, embellishments that would appeal to 3 girls that are “Tweens”.

    Can You help me out?

  11. In a nutshell – “Don’t hold on to what’s gone… It’s time to live again!”. This was a message from my Mom to me many years ago when I was going through my divorce. I still carry this quote with me 30 years later. Best of luck to you and your family and consider this a fresh start in which your dreams really can come true! ((Hugs))

    1. Fortunately my divorce was 5 years ago. My ex decided to take me back to court again recently to reduce what he owes me and I got reamed for his mistakes! All I can do is put it behind me, continue to move forward and create a better life for my girls and I. This is just another hurdle to climb and we’ll beat it. 😉
