If there’s one thing I love more than a good scrapbook layout, it’s a good excuse to celebrate—and what better way than marking six years of wedded bliss in paradise with Beach Vibes. So when a fellow Sketch Club member asked if we could use this design for the week, I obliged…

That’s right, Rafe and I packed our bags, hopped on a plane, and found ourselves soaking in the warm, tropical vibes of Hawaii for our 6-year anniversary in 2022. And because no vacation is complete without amazing food (and maybe an umbrella drink or two), we made sure to visit a highly recommended local restaurant—because when in doubt, trust the foodies! Just don’t leave your wallet behind like Rafe did. OY!

Spotlight on the Country Woods Designer Series Paper!

For this layout, I wanted a background that felt warm, natural, and effortlessly beachy, so I reached for the Country Woods Designer Series Paper. With its gorgeous wood grain patterns, it was the perfect choice to bring in that organic, coastal vibe without overpowering the photos. The soft, neutral tones helped balance the brighter elements of the layout, creating a look that’s both rustic and refined—because let’s be honest, even scrapbook pages deserve a little bit of class!
