Bright. Cheery. Fun. These are just some of the words I would use to describe these no-stamp Penelope Cards I made with coordinating PML Cards and Complements! So easy to make! So very fun, too! Since there is no real theme here… well, other than happiness… these cards are the perfect way to unexpectedly brighten the day of someone you love.
