52 Paper Crafting Organization Tips – Week 27
Welcome to Week #27 of my 52 Paper Crafting Organization Tips and StampinBuds Studio tour. Did you miss last week’s topic? I talked about my Storage Drawers, so be sure to check that out.
This week I want to share, what I perceive as, a temporary storage solution until I find something that may work better…
Week 27: Flip Flap Storage

Flip Flaps are one of Close To My Heart’s most popular items. They can help you add interactive details to a page, such as more photos or hidden journaling. But does anyone have any ideas on how to store them?
For the most part I’m a fairly organized person. I will admit, however, that I’ve struggled a bit when it comes to storing Flip Flaps. So, I have decided to start organizing my Flip Flaps and Photo PlaceHolders (from CTMH Workshops Kits) into 6″ x 8″ plastic envelopes called Storage Envelopes. They are super convenient and can be organized into any CTMH Everyday Life Album of the same size.
Each envelope is 3-hole punched, made of a sturdy plastic, and great for storing lots of things, including 6″ x 8″ projects you may be working on currently.
Right now I have around a dozen of these cute envelopes assembled onto three 4″ Binder Rings that I have hanging from a metal drawer handle on my work desk. Not the most ideal spot to store them, but I like the easy access! Eventually I may move them to a Binder, as mentioned above, but for now I will continue to store them close because I tend to use them often.
