52 Paper Crafting Organization Tips – Week 33

Welcome to Week #33 of my 52 Paper Crafting Organization Tips and StampinBuds Studio tour. Did you miss last week’s topic? I talked about Project Lists for Organization, so be sure to check that out.

This week let’s talk about some unusual storage solutions…

Week 33: Tape Dispensers

Paper Crafting Organization with Tape Dispensers

Who would’ve thought that a Tape Dispenser could serve a purpose other than tape?

Several years ago when Close To My Heart came out with the Workshop Wonder Collection, these Tape Dispensers were among the offerings. I’m not sure if they sold very well or if there just wasn’t enough use for them but, unfortunately, they retired shortly after their debut. I used them for Washi Tape for a little while, but after some time the dispensers found their way to a box of clutter.

In the years between then and now, I struggled with finding a way for storing my Glue Dots. I didn’t like to leave them in the box they come in because it was just too clunky. Can’t really say that I was a fan of just leaving them lying around, either. So, when I stumbled upon my Tape Dispensers again I decided to see if this would be a solution solver for me. IT WAS! Then, when CTMH came out with their new Masking Tape – game changer!

While I mentioned above that the Close To My Heart Tape Dispenser has long since retired, I decided to look on Amazon to see if there is anything similar that I could share with you. I found this Washi Tape Dispenser. and it should at least fit the Masking Tape Roll that I mentioned above. It can fit up to 5 rolls of Washi Tape and looks super easy to use, too. I also love that these are stackable! Are you or anyone you know currently using these? I’d love to know your thoughts in the comment section below.
