Pumpkin Memories | Scrapbook Layout
Pumpkins have a way of showing up in our stories every October. They remind us of family traditions, festive costumes, and simple seasonal joys that are worth capturing on our scrapbook pages. This week’s layout celebrates those moments in a way that’s simple, fun, and personal to your story.

The HEART:
For my page, I chose to spotlight a special first—baby Dexter’s very first Halloween costume. He arrived at Mimi’s house dressed as the cutest little pumpkin, ready to show off his outfit before the evening wore him out. It’s a memory stitched with love, laughter, and a little extra rocking time before he headed home with his parents.
The SPREAD:
This week’s Club Sketch made it easy to pull my photos together into a clean, balanced page. I featured one larger image as the star and added smaller snapshots to capture the little details around it. By following the sketch, I could focus on the story and let the warm autumn colors and simple pumpkins and title bring the layout to life.
The Recipe
If you’re ready to turn your everyday memories into lasting stories, my Sketch & Savor Club is where it happens. Each week brings you a story prompt to spark your journaling, inspiration to help you pair photos with paper, and a fresh sketch for baking it all together in just 20 minutes a day. It’s a space to slow down, create, and capture the details that matter most.
The GLAZE:
Pumpkin memories look different for every family—whether it’s costumes, carving, or simply enjoying the season together. However you celebrate, take time to get those photos off your phone and onto your pages. The stories you savor today will be the ones your family treasures tomorrow.
Until next time, may your pumpkins be plump and your memories even fuller. 🎃
