Scrapbooking: Let’s Get Crackin’ 🦀

This week’s layout, Let’s Get Crackin’, is serving up crabby cuteness, a bib-full of memories, and a splash of ocean flair—no seafood required.

While scrolling through my phone looking for inspiration to use the adorable Friends of the Ocean paper pack, I stumbled across a throwback from Valentine’s Day 2011.

Let's Get Crackin' 2-Page Layout created by Shannon at StampinBuds.com

Rafe and I had been dating for just about six months when he took me to Joe’s Crab Shack—cue the crustaceans and bibs that screamed “Let’s Get Crackin’!” 🦀

He told me he was in love with me (for the second time, mind you), and I… well, I was still riding the wave, not quite sure where we were headed. But it was fun. And it was a memory worth scrapbooking—especially now, years later, with a much fuller heart and a much cuter paper pack.

WHAT I USED TO BRING THIS LAYOUT TO LIFE…

While I didn’t do any stamping this week I let the colors, shapes, and memory do the storytelling. Just the way I like it.
