Cut and assemble the background pieces, making sure to adhere the Gold Shimmer Trim last.
Next, stamp the Sentiment in Peacock Ink.
Stamp and cut all of the Flowers and Leaf pieces. I used 3D Foam Tape on the Flowers, only.
Note: When using Thin Cuts, I usually cut my pieces first before stamping the images onto the pieces. However, for this tutorial I did the opposite.
Next, you’ll want to tuck a piece of looped Embellishing Thread into the Flower arrangement using a Mini Dot.
Here’s how I did it: I like to wind my thread onto my Dot before removing it from it’s backing. Then, I pick up the Dot with the edge of my Non-Stick Micro-Tip Scissors before poking it into place behind my stamped image. …Maybe not the smartest tool for me to use but it’s usually the one immediately available to me… Just keepin’ it real folks – lol!
Finally, embellish the Card with Sequins using Micro Dots.
And there you have it – Super easy to re-create!
Next, hop on over to my StampinBuds FB Business Page and tell me which artwork in the July/August Close To My Heart Idea Book is your favorite and why. Three lucky people will receive this card from me plus a special surprise. Good luck!
