A Beautiful Title Page Idea for Your Stampin’ Up! Scrapbook Albums
I’ve been thinking a lot about the stories I want my family to have. With thousands of photos sitting on my phone, I know it’s time to do something more with them. That’s what inspired me to begin a new project full of color and purpose.

Why I Started This Scrapbook Layout Project
After spending nearly twenty-five years as a paper crafting consultant, most of my creative time has gone into designing for classes, customers, and workshops. What I haven’t done enough of is creating for myself and the people I love most.
Maybe you can relate to this.
I have a stack of finished scrapbook pages sitting in my studio waiting for photos and journaling. I have more than thirty-eight thousand pictures tucked away on my phone and I have drawers filled with beautiful Stampin’ Up! papers that are ready to be used. Most of all, I have a desire to bring my photos and stories together so my family can enjoy them now and long after I’m gone.
This project is my way of changing that. These pages deserve to be finished. My stories deserve to be told. And if it inspires you to do the same, even better.
Designing the Title Pages
Every meaningful scrapbook album begins with a title page, so that is where I started. Even though my own album already has one, I wanted to create a unique title page for each of my daughters. I asked them to send me their favorite photo and their favorite color, and that became the inspiration for each layout.
I began with monochromatic Stampin’ Up! designs, letting one color lead the way. Then I added supporting colors and little pops of personality so each page felt alive and true to the girl it represents. The result is a coordinated collection of title pages that feel connected yet wonderfully individual.
Download the Free Sketch
To help you create a title page for your own album, I designed a free scrapbook sketch you can download and use as a starting point.
The sketch works beautifully with any color palette and pairs perfectly with Stampin’ Up! patterned papers, cardstock, and embellishments.
Your Creative Challenge
I would love to see what you create with this sketch. Make your own 12 x 12 page using the downloadable guide and share it with me on social media. Tag me @stampinbuds so I can celebrate your creativity and cheer you on.
Happy creating, my friend. Stories matter, and now is the perfect time to start telling it.
