Here are MY top 5 picks!

#1 – 13 Going on 30

  • Starring Jennifer Garner & Mark RuffaloTralier
A girl makes a wish on her thirteenth birthday, and wakes up the next day as a thirty-year-old woman.

I love this movie because Jennifer Garner’s character, Jenna, is so adorable! Her fashion sense. Her quirkiness. The awesome music. The innocence of her romance with her childhood best friend…well sorta – lol. It’s hard to imagine this movie with any other leading lady. My absolute favorite movie to PaperCraft to!

When Harry Met Sally - Movie

#2 – When Harry Met Sally

  • Starring Meg Ryan & Billy CrystalTrailer
Harry and Sally have known each other for years, and are very good friends, but they fear sex would ruin the friendship.

My all-time favorite movie EVER! I probably know most of the lines by heart because this is a brilliantly written script about how men and woman can never truly be friends. Meg Ryan (Sally) and Billy Crystal (Harry) are outstanding in this film! I think I’ve watched it so many times that I can peg the exact moment their characters fall in love. Now if only Netflix would air it more often!

The Proposal - Movie

#3 – The Proposal

  • Starring Sandra Bullock & Ryan Reynolds – Trailer
A pushy boss forces her young assistant to marry her in order to keep her visa status in the U.S. and avoid deportation to Canada.

“Alaskaaaaa…” lol – I adore this movie and could watch it over and over again! Sandra Bullock’s character, Margaret, is so cold but has such tender spots. Ryan Reynolds character, Andrew… well, it’s Ryan Reynolds – Hello! This movie is so fun and the on-screen chemistry is spot on! A definite favorite in my house!

#4 – While you were Sleeping

  • Starring Sandra Bullock & Bill PullmanVideo Clip
A hopeless romantic Chicago Transit Authority token collector is mistaken for the fiancée of a coma patient.

Even though this movie is great to watch anytime of the year, it’s even better when it’s watched in the wintertime. I love Sandra Bullock’s character, Lucy. She’s romantic, shy, sweet and the chemistry she has with Bill Pullman’s character, Jack, just cracks me up! This movie offers up a very sweet and unique story line that I can’t help but watch over and over again.

#5 – Dirty Dancing

  • Starring Jennifer Grey & Patrick Swayze – Trailer
Spending the summer at a Catskills resort with her family, Frances “Baby” Houseman falls in love with the camp’s dance instructor, Johnny Castle.

I have to laugh every time I watch this movie because it reminds me of my Mom & Aunt’s senior photos. My mom the blonde (Baby – Jennifer Grey’s Character). My Aunt the brunette (Baby’s sister, Lisa). But oh how I love this movie. The music is fantastic. The story line is awesome. It’s romantic, funny, and very quoteable… “I carried a watermelon?” and “Nobody puts Baby in a corner.” – LOL!
