Toy Story Mania meets Something Fierce!
Do you remember going to the theaters in 1995 to see the very first Toy Story movie like I do? Stephanie was 7 and Becca was 1 and all of us were thoroughly entertained by this fun, new Pixar movie experience. It made us all go home and want to treat our toys just a little bit nicer, didn’t it?
Then, just over 10 years later in 2008, Disney’s California Adventure would introduce us all to a brand new Toy Story Mania attraction on the backside of the park. Woot! Woot! One of my all time favorites!
Well, to celebrate my love of this fun, interactive attraction I decided to use a few of the papers from Close To My Heart’s Something Fierce paper pack and create this fun layout…
While I didn’t go into depth with the journaling, I have considered adding one of Close To My Heart’s Flip Flaps to the backside of the layout and creating a pull-up journal spot to better tell my story. Or maybe I’ll just create a 2nd layout… We’ll see.
Here’s my Toy Story Mania Layout Recipe…
- Something Fierce Paper Packet
- Modern Typewriter Alphabet and 1″ x 1″ Block
- Cardstock – Black, Candy Apple, Kraft, Lemon, White Daisy
- Gold Foil Cardstock
- Red Glitter Paper
- Ink Pads – Candy Apple, Intense Black, Lemon, Sapphire
- ShinHan Marigold Marker
- Sponge Daubers
- Bitty Sparkles
- Adhesives – 3D Foam Dots, Liquid Glass, Permanent Adhesive
